Order Changes & Exchanges

Please review your order details—size, design, quantity—carefully before confirming. Due to our quick processing, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selections such as item type, size, design, or address.

If you notice an error, you have a 6-hour window from the time of order to cancel and reorder. If you have questions before placing your order, please contact us. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Canceling Orders

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. Orders outside this window may already be processed or shipped.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. After this period, orders are considered accepted, and refunds will not be provided.

Eligible Conditions for Returns

· Item arrived damaged

· Received design differs from the order

· Size or material is incorrect

· Incorrect product delivered

· Product description does not match

Condition of Returned Items

· Must be in original condition and packaging

· Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

· Defects must be due to our error

· Original tags must be intact

· Minor issues like stray threads are not eligible

· Shipping label/receipt

· Proof of purchase

· Evidence of defects

Return and Refund Process

2. Our Customer Service team will review and respond within 2-3 business days.

3. Ensure email notifications are enabled.

Note: Refunds require confirmation of return eligibility.

Return Shipping Costs

· If the return is due to a customer error (such as ordering the wrong size, color, or product), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

· If the return is due to a Genolisun Shop error—such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item—we will cover the return shipping.

Refund

Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 2 business days for processing. You will be notified via email, and a full refund, including any original shipping fees, will be issued. The full refund will return to your original card in 5-7 business days.

o The refund amount only includes the value of the product and does not include shipping costs.
o Example: If you buy a shirt from our store for $20 and the shipping fee is $5, the refund amount will be $20.
oIf you buy a shirt from our store for $20 and get free shipping, the refund amount will be $20.

2. It typically takes 5-7 days for the refund to appear, depending on your card provider’s policies.
